How can I reset my password?

You can reset your password by clicking on the three bars menu in the top right-hand corner of the app home screen and selecting **Personal Information**. Here, you can reset your password as well as update your email address if needed.

How do I update the app?

To update the Kepasa Harmony: Meditation App on Google Play Store, open the Google Play Store app on your Android device, access the menu by tapping the three horizontal lines in the top-left corner, and go to "My apps & games." Look for Kepasa Harmony: Meditation App in the list of apps with available updates and tap Update to install the latest version.

For Apple App Store, open the App Store on your iOS device, tap your profile icon at the top right corner to access your account, and scroll down to find the list of apps with available updates. Look for Kepasa Harmony: Meditation App and tap Update to install the latest version.

Where can I find the payment mechanism for the offered subscriptions:

The payment mechanism for subscriptions in our app is integrated into the onboarding process to ensure a seamless user experience. Users can choose monthly or yearly subscription, then they can access and purchase subscriptions as follows:

1. Launch the App: Open the Kepasa Harmony: Meditation App on your device.

2. Onboarding Process: During the initial onboarding process, users are guided through a series of introductory screens.

3. Sign up:  At the end of the onboarding process, users can sign up and try some features of the app absolutely free. To unlock all features, a subscription is required. 

4. Subscription Selection: After trying the app for free, to unlock all features, users will be offered a paid monthly subscription (with 7-day free trail) or a yearly subscription. 

5. Complete Payment: The payment process is secure and straightforward, allowing users to enter their payment details and confirm their purchase. * If monthly subsctiption is chosen,

How do I report a bug or issue?

To report a bug, you can add or create a ticket by going to the home screen, clicking on the menu in the top right-hand corner, and selecting **Your Feedback**. Fill out the information about the bug or issue, include a screenshot if needed, and press **Submit Ticket**.
